Guests will have exclusive access to the entire carriage house, comfortably located above the garage’s right side. A keypad facilitated private entrance ensures navigation ease and privacy. While the driveway and garage are off-limits, we assure plenty of free street parking in front of the property.

Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
